Shipping policy

Current Inventory Notice

We're currently experiencing ongoing inventory shortages on some products, and we're also accepting presale orders on select items ahead of their restock. By default, orders containing multiple items (including any presale or out-of-stock items) are held and shipped together once everything is available. We'll email you when your order is ready to ship. If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner and the rest later, email us at help@uprootclean.com after placing your order and we'll split the shipment at no extra cost.

Payment and Presale Orders

Payment is collected at the time you place your order, including for presale and backordered items.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders containing presale or out-of-stock items will ship once all items are available, and we'll email you when your order is ready to ship. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking once your order goes out.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: CA, UK, DE, and FR. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Uproot Clean is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at help@uprootclean.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please check with your carrier regarding their policy before ordering.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@uprootclean.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these case-by-case and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
